Terms of Service

1. The service

RSLAB (“we”, “us”) operates a registry of React Native / Expo component source code, animations, and Claude Code skills, installable through the @rslab/cli command-line tool and its MCP server. Everything in the registry is part of a paid subscription, there is no free tier.

2. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly depending on the plan you pick) through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the period you've already paid for.

3. License grant

While your subscription is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the registry's component source code and skills in your own applications and products (or, on the Team plan, in multiple client projects). The code is yours to modify, rename, and ship, same as any code you write yourself.

4. What the license does not cover

Your subscription does not grant, and you may not use it to:

  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute the component or skill source code as a standalone product, template, boilerplate, or competing registry or component library;
  • share your account, API token, or subscription access with people who haven't subscribed themselves;
  • circumvent, scrape, or reverse-engineer the paywall or registry gating to obtain paid content without an active subscription.

Shipping the code as part of an app or product you build is exactly what the subscription is for. Repackaging the source itself for others to buy or download separately is not.

5. Accounts & access tokens

You're responsible for keeping your account (GitHub, Google, or email sign-in) and your CLI/MCP access token secure. Only one token can be active per account at a time, generating a new one revokes the previous one. Let us know if you think a token has leaked.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the original registry source. The license in section 3 lets you use it; it doesn't transfer ownership or grant rights beyond what's described here.

The preview videos, screenshots, and demo recordings shown across the site, the Lab app, and our social accounts are our own proprietary content, made to demonstrate the registry, not licensed material you can reuse. You may not download, re-host, republish, or otherwise reproduce them, index or scrape them for a competing product or dataset, or use them to train a machine learning model. This applies whether or not you hold an active subscription, since it has nothing to do with the code license in section 3.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, reselling registry code or sharing tokens being the clearest examples. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
